4th of July in Europe?
What's going on in various parts of Europe for the Fourth of July? I know the Danish-American Emigration Museum in Rebild (?) Denmark has a big ta-do and i think 4th celebrations with a sarcastic bent are becoming very popular in English pubs
but are there any special gatherings, etc that Americans abroad can go to?
Like in Feb in London on New Zealand's national day or whatever Parliament Square was packed with beer-guzzling New Zealanders - is there any party focal points for Yanks celebrating - or perhaps Yanks today keep a low profile?
In Paris Coleman's, probably long gone in Les Halles, had a famous Ribs meal on the 4th.
???

British Library is having a special exhibition of American print collection. Usually, Ambassador to the Court of St James hosts annual picnic/BBQ at his residence next to Regent's Park and Central Mosque. It's a big event, complete with fireworks, military bands etc. You need to apply for an invitation, and security to get in is quite tight.
Oh, and we just had Canada Day celebration at Trafalgar Square, which was more publicly accessible...

Very often the American Embassy wherever you are will host a party or direct you to an American organization or university that is having a get together, and no doubt serving rubbery, burned hot dogs with yellow mustard and sweet relish.
