Travel Help – USA to Riga
Hello!
I’m traveling from Chicago to Riga, Latvia next month (August 20th 2021) and I have a few questions about my upcoming trip… •Layover: I have a short 90 minute layover in Helsinki, Finland — will this be of any trouble? I couldn’t find direct flights to Riga. Will I need any additional documentation, other than a negative covid test and my vaccination card? •Covid testing: I’m reading I’ll need to take a covid test within 24 hours of landing in Latvia. I’m wondering if that can be done at RIX airport? Or will I have to find a clinic? Will I also need to be tested at the Helsinki airport? I would greatly appreciate any help/advice! Each website I look at seems to have conflicting information. I’m no pro at international travel and and I’m really not sure want to expect, especially during covid. I’m hoping some experts can help ease a bit of my stress. Thank you! Courtney |
