USA family trip in November 2016
Our family of 4 adults are going to San Fransisco for 6 nights then Las Vegas for 3 nights and finally New York for 5 nights.
Can someone please guide best way to travel for within city tours like Napa valley, Lake Tahoe then Grand Canyon Etc

Actually, the best way would be by helicopter.

I agree that the trip would be best by car. Of course, you'd need to fly between New York and the west/west coast, as the distance is about 4000 k. or 2500 miles.
