Urgent! Help, Please. Check-In

Can you folks help me with check in, please?
Desperately in need to know what we should do when booking in a hotel which allows check in before 11:30pm?

PS We will arrive in Madrid at 23:59pm :O It will definitely take more than two hours to get to a hotel.

Thank you

Your question is a bit confusing. Why not email the hotels you are interested in and ask if they will allow you to check in at about 2 a.m.?

Agree. And why will it definitely take more than 2 hours to get to a hotel?

Guys, thanks a loads! You guys are life saver, pheww! The idea of contacting them didnt occur in my mind.
We will book in and then contact them. Cheers!

Estimated it might take around two hrs to check out from the airport, take train to nearby hotel station and then finally get to the hotel.

My first option would be to contact the hotel and tell them about your plight. Use the "messages" box if you are using a service, then follow up with an E-mail.

Second option would be to book a hotel for your first nite that will let you check in 24/7. An airport hotel might let you do this. E.g. Tryp Alameda Aeropuerto has reception 24/7 and will even send a hotel van to collect you.

Thats a fantastic idea. Thank you so much. I like the idea of hotel van coming to collect us. Way much less hassle.
