Upgrade non-exchangeable SNCF tickets to exchangeable ones?
 

I purchased non-exchangeable SNCF tickets online but am now worried we won't have enough time to make the train. Is there a way to change my tickets to exchangeable ones by paying a small fee or something?

no, non-exchangeable and non-refundable means that

"Upgrading" is a way of saying "exchanging". No exchanging of non exchangeable tickets!

Did you buy the insurance, or was this before you could buy insurance for PREMS?
