Unable to make Scavi request via email
 

I attemped to make a request for Scavi Tour reservations using the official website email address twice last Sunday. Both times my emails were returned to me. I just assumed the mailbox was full from the weekend. Today, Wed. I again attempted to make a request ; and, again, the email was returned to me. I checked to address and it was correct all three times. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you

I just tried both of those addresses on Wed. evening, and both emails were returned to me.

Maybe you have a virus and don't know it yet, or maybe their system doesn't like your e-mail server. Try sending from a different computer, different e-mail address?

I had that same problem my first few attempts ... I just kept trying and finally it worked. Can't say I did anything different (like used another computer or email address or anything), but it wasn't returned and I got the automated response almost right away. So, based on my experience I'd say just try again!
