Be sure to check out cancellation policies ~ you may be able to book in the next few months, and still cancel a month or two ahead of time if you find something else you like, or your dates change.

what do you mean by self-catering? i work for a catering bussiness and i've heard of companies that make special meals for vacations- they even make meals for families and all you have to do is warm them up. it saves you a lot of the headace while you are travelling, and at the same time is much cheaper than restaurants...

Dolci: Welcome to Fodors. "Self Catering" is just the British/Irish term for a holiday rental cottage or apartment. Nothing to do w/ catering companies.

(Hint - I notice here and on your other post you sign off w/ your company's url. It would be best if you didn't do that since the editors don't allow advertising.)
