I'm actually relieved to read that for once it's not only Americans who should be concerned about their image as tourists
While I was there recently, mid-April, we noticed that there were MANY groups of Italian high school students in Prague. Two different Prague tourism professionals commented that Italian students seem to arrive in Prague in droves in April and May, and that generally they come across as loud, and disrespectful, even at sites that might warrant some respect, such as a Holocaust memorial. Indeed, at the Holocaust memorial in the Jewish quarter, there was such a group going through, and two students were hanging about talking quite loudly on their cell phones. When a guard asked them to shush (it's in a universal language, apparently), one of the twerps cursed at him.
Both of the Prague-ites (Pragueians?) who mentioned this phenomenon, referred to these students as
Mosquitoes. Not any more flattering a term than Lager Louts I guess. Just goes to show that bad behavior comes in all nationalities.

And in Orlando, the stereotypical loud, obnoxious group are the Brazilians... especially during soccer finals You can always tell they are Brazilians because they all wear or wave the Brazilian flag... and they never visit Disney in a group of less than 10 people!
