UK customs/entry question
I'll be staying in London for 10 days, and although I'm certain that I don't need to present a visa as a Canadian national, I was informed by a flight agent that I may still need to present documentation as PROOF that I'm only staying for 10 days. So does anyone know what sort of papers I should bring (if any) once I arrive at the UK airport customs? Or am I just being paranoid? Simple question, but I thought I'd ask in advance just to be safe, cheers

Proof of a return ticket, such as a computer print showing your return flight booked in your name, is probably enough. Chances are they won't ask but better safe than sorry.

Thanks, just thought i'd ask to be on the safe side

Ornithopter - Customs won't be interested in you at all, it's passport control where your immigration status may be questioned.
as hetismij has said, a return ticket will probably satisfy them, plus a credit card ot two. knowing the name of the hotel you're staying at would also be a good idea. |
Yes, they always ask where you are staying.

In all my times at Heathrow, I've never been asked for documentation. Just the usual hotel name and departure dates. I doubt they'll ask you for anything unless you seem to be a red flag-visiting boyfriend/girlfriend or looking for work.
