UK Border Force to strike at Christmas

Added to the growing list of strikes in the UK is Border Force staff:

So that's railways, ambulances, nurses, postal workers, and a few more I have forgotten.
Good luck if you are planning a trip.

Boston to Heathrow on Christmas Night for me, with a 2 hour layover at Heathrow on the 26th before catching a flight to Milan. What a mess.

Assuming your flight is not cancelled, if you are in transit rather than entering the UK you shouldn't have a problem as you wont need to show your passport at Border control.

You shouldn't need to go through passport control then assuming any bags are checked through. Good luck.
