ufuzzi reservations-help!

I Called the number but it just kept telling me the open times and costs but never connected me to a person to book. What do I do? I called 01139055294883

Ask the front desk of your hotel to do it. They will likely only charge a nominal fee, if any.

Best wishes,

Rex

I just made reservations last Thursday morning and didn't have any trouble. Two considerations: make sure you are calling during their business hours. From the US, you have to call early in US morning. Second, did you wait long enough? It seems they go on in Italian and then English and eventually they ask you to pick a language by pushing a button. Good luck. I practiced my Italian for twenty minutes just asking if they would please speak English, thank you. When I heard the operator answer in Italian, I panicked and asked my question in English. The operator spoke perfect English. I guess it's good I have a few more weeks before I go!

That's the only phone number listed in my bookguide.

I phoned very early in the morning and I was surprised by how fastly I was able to do the reservation. I phoned around 6 am (venezuelan time), so it was around 12 pm (italian time). I asked for an Italian-speaking operator, I guess they're not as busy as the English-speaking ones.

Do you know anybody who speaks Italian and may be able to do the booking for you?

Pawprint has a fantastic world time toolbar that sits down on your taskbar. It automatic updates for daylight savings. I find it invaluable for both travel organising and my work.

It also stops me waking relatives up at 4.00 am by mistake ;)
