The same website has a ticket purchase link, which I think is easier than making a telephone call.

Yes the phone number is buried in fine print at bottom of all - seems they do not want calls and may be hard to get thru unless speaking Italian perhaps. Anyway to book everyone says book thru that the official Uffizzi site. I'd rather get a print out via email than anything over the phone.
