Tylenol with Codeine without a Rx?

Does Florence, Assisi or Rome have Tylenol with Codeine without a RX?

Check for something like Tylenol PM or ask a pharmacist. That might be the closest you can get without an RX....and even with one, its unlikely they would fill it without a local scrip

Tylenol is a brand name for Paracetamol. You are more likely to fin it under it's generic name than Tylenol.
Medicines containing Codeine require a prescription in Italy, as they do in most of Europe.

In the U K you can buy aspirin-codeine and paracemtamol and codeine over the counter in places like Boots - if transiting thru London's airports you can stock up there.

Curious as to why you do not bring a supply with you? No problems bringing it in with prescription.
