Hi
May I suggest that you not use all capital letters? The convention is that it comes across as shouting, plus, it is harder to read. If you need basic suggestions as to how to organize your time, buy or borrow a couple of guidebooks, and also click at the top of this screen on Destinations and look at fodors's basic sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. Until you narrow things down a bit, and explain what interests you (you must have had some idea of your interests, when you picked those cities), it's very hard to make suggestions. |
Are you on a budget? If so, what is it? Are you interested in art, museums, architecture, music, ...???

If your going to Prague and looking for a bite to eat, go to Prague's magnificent Staromestske Namesti (Old Town Square) and dine at the Grand Cafe Praha. It's located directly across from the famed astronomical clock, the Gramd Cafes patio offers a front-row seat for the clock's flurishing top-of-the-hour machinations----and this busy spot offers great people watching too. The patio is heated in the cooler months, so you can always enjoy the delicious goulash soup and the pork with ham and pineapple while taking in one of Prague's most revered treasures.

Hi!
I have just returned from Prague..found a great little cocktail bar/czech restaurant. It is : Atmosfera U milosrdnych 10 110 00 Praha 1 +420 222 320 101 The service is great and the cocktails are to die for! I thought Malastrana was extremely beauiful..do take a walk there if you can. I found the old town square extremely crowded.. if you venture a couple of streets off the square you get much cheaper and better places to eat and drink a few pilsners.. Have fun! |
I am sorry if I am being too sensitive but I think a lot of these replies on this forum (Czech, Austria) are flat out rude (Elaine for instance). Of course people are going to buy guidebooks, if you dont want to give a quick overview of what YOU like about a certain country than dont!! You dont have to patronize those asking "where to begin" and you certainly dont have to correct someone if they want to use captial letters! I hope people dont stop asking questions because of stuff like this. Good Day!!!
