Any thoughts on Giverny
|
Giverny was amazing in May when we went there...easy to get to by train (Saint-Lazare) and short bus ride.
Can't speak for other times of year, but the gardens are IMHO a necessary thing. SS |

Just FYI, the Palais de Tokyo is directly across from the Musee Galieri so if you go there, you can always hit up the Palais de Tokyo as well. It's also open until midnight every day but Tuesday so it's a nice after dinner activity.
I second the Musee Jacquemart-Andre. It's a gorgeous building. Also second riding around the Bois de Vincennes or renting a boat and going out on the water. I rode around it once and it was so beautiful and fun, just beware the bikes don't leave permanent stains on your jeans. If you've never been to the Parthenon, definitely go. It's my favourite sight in Paris and it's just up the street from the Luxembourg Gardens. |
Greeters looks interesting, cynthia. How/how much do we donate?

I recommend adding a Paris by Mouth tour. They're great especially if you're a bit foodie! Probably a fun thing to try with your mother as well!
