Well, they do call them Klösse in the north, just perhaps not in Frankfurt

No, we call them Knödel in Frankfurt.

For those who are looking for good food, I can recommend not only the Paulaner in the Squaire, but also the Marche' Cafe' in terminal 1, arrival hall B-1. There, they make all your food fresh, from fruit salads, to stir frys and all the bread products too. I watch the bakers there all the time. They aren't just baking products off like in most chain bakeries. They do the actual mixing, etc. there. Smells heavenly.
