Actually, his apartments were one of the first we looked at. None of them were available for our dates.

It's not been easy finding cheap and cheerful accommodation, but I think we've found something that fits the bill.

I'm glad you found an apartment that meets your needs. You'll have a great time.

As for the noise level at the apartment I mentioned above - yes, it's in the midst of a lively district, but in our week there the double glazed windows did their job - we weren't bothered in the least by street noise.
