You're going to have to do some browsing yourself, since you don't indicate anything about size, number of bedrooms, baths, budget etc.

Here are some good resources:

www.domani-usa.com
www.rentvillas.com
www.regencyintapt s.com

I have rented from all of these and recommend them without hesitation.

And last of all, be sure to visit www.slowtrav.com - - exclusively devoted to what you are seeking.

Best wishes,

Rex
We rented through rentvillas.com and found it to be a good company to deal with. Check out their website to get an idea about properties. They also have links to autoeurope and "Italia Roadrunners" which can map out day trips to various towns from your villa.

Start at www.slowtrav.com for all things about villa rentals. There are hundreds to choose among--decide location and price first. And, it is a long drive from Siena to Cortona. I would look in the Siena region, especially south of Siena in the Val d' Orcia. Good luck !
