Tuscany - Relais suggestions?

My parents are planning a trip to Tuscany, and a friend gave them some personal accomodation suggestions, but they all seem to be on the quite to very expensive side (300€/night or more):

Villa Arceno
Borgo San Felice
Vigna Maggio

Are they really worth that price? Do you have any other suggestions, preferably situated in a scenic surrounding between
Florence and Siena? A swimming pool is a must!

On tripadvisor I found the 'Fattoria Vignale', has anybody been there?

Thanks a lot for your help!

I stayed at Fattoria Vignale in Radda this past May. It is an upscale hotel with nice accomodations.

We stayed in a suite. Plenty of room. The staff speaks English and I noticed there were a lot of Americans staying here.

The breakfast is very good as well. They have an annex across the street with rooms that supposedly are better than the main building.

If they have the money to spend, I think your parents will be happy here.

Did you look at Tuscany.net, Venere, or Trip Advisor? There are tons of places in that area that are beautiful for less price. You might want to pick out a few that appeal to you and ask specifically about them on this board or trip advisor. You can spend a lot less that 300 euro/night and get a lovely place.

Thank you for your suggestions.
I searched on tripadvisor and this website mainly, but there's just so many places and not all of them have very good websites even though the estate itself can be wonderful.
I just wanted to give the ones my parents' friend mentioned as a guideline, because people who know them and have been to other places as well would know what kind of place they'd like to stay in.

My favorite is still Locanda Amorosa, but this one is a very nice rural setting as well www.lasaracina.it Or, spend less and enjoy this one www.letraverse.it
