tuscan retreat recommendations

My husband and I are looking for a Tuscan retreat that offers the following: beautiful country scenery, wine tour/tasting, some shopping, easy access to train or other means of travel to other sights. Would also like golf (not required), a day to learn how to cook gnocchi, etc. We are looking for a 3-4 nights stay at no more than about $200/night. Need private bathroom and a room that has had NO PETS due to allergies/asthma.

Many thanks for any help!

You really need a car for Tuscany.

Villa Vignamaggio is beautiful. Vignamaggio.com

There is a golf course between Florence and Greve call Golf Ugolino.
