For how long, for which part would you like to hire a guide ?
Or you want just a guide ? There are regional guides, there are guides who can work country wide, guides with academic background ie. archeologist, art historians, architects, urban planners, specialist on Jewish heritage etc. so they can guide you to a spesific if the party has interest on a subject.

Why do you need a guide in Turkey? Lots of travel agents who can take you to any place worth seeing. A fairly good transport system too.
