My wife and I feel that we are taking a bit of a chance as the area is undeveloped. However, the 5 year plan looked spectacular. There are a couple of golf courses under construction and First Choice have just opened a large hotel complex near by. I'll be a lot happier when I see them start to dredge the marina.

It's a nice quiet place anyway. Hope to get out for our first holiday in it next year.
