Mickey:
I was born in the wine country, so I can help you some... not so much on the B&B's -- but there are some great websites that give lots of detailed information.

www.napavalley.com

There are some wonderful restaurants there such as French Laundry in Yountville... and the Culinary Institute at Greystone is wonderful. They have a restaurant there which is beautiful. You can sit around the open kitchen and watch the chefs prepare meals. They also have a pastry station.

www.napavalley.com/restrnts/cia/

There are also a lot of neat spas to go to for mud baths, massages, etc... One place I've been to, which is great is Lavender Hill in Calistoga -- with packages for couples.

www.lavenderhillspa.com

It's beautiful country, plenty of restaurants, wineries (of course), shopping, designer outlets, you can rent bikes & ride through the trees and vineyards. There is plenty to do. There is also the Napa Valley Wine Train...

www.winetrain.com

I think it would be a great place for a pampered, leisurely honeymoon. Hope this helps some!
-Lyn
