Trying to figure out how best to get from Naxos to Naples

I'm trying to figure out how to get from Naxos (Sept 2) to Naples (September 3).
Bear with me here.
We have booked a place to stay in Naxos from August 27 to Sept 2
On September we plan to go from Naples to Ischia and spend three days there.

We have a few options

1) Sept 2 ferry to Santorini from Naxos and take the evening flight (9:25 PM) on Volotea from JTR to NAP.
2) Sept 2 ferry from Naples to Athens; stay by the airport and catch the early morning flight (8:05 AM) from ATH to NAP
3) Sept 2 ferry to Mykonos - fly from Mykonos to Naples
4) Sept 2 ferry to Athens, Sept 3 flight to Rome then train to Naples

Any opinions? Options I am missing?

We need to do this because we are flying in and out of Naples.

Are you going to other places in Greece too? If you are, can you rearrange your plans in Greece to be more convenient? If Naxos is your only destination in Greece, I'm not sure I'd count this as worth it.

I did. They are quite helpful with the transport part; not so much with logistics.
I'm currently debating between a late night flight from JTR-NAP on a somewhat sketchy airline or ATH-NAP on the morning of Sept 2 on Aegean.
I've reached out to St Thomas B&B to see if they can take us the night of Sept 2.

No, we don't wish to rearrange our plans. Naxos is our favorite island - this is our fifth trip. Also we are planning to revisit Ischia.

Volotea is NOT a "somewhat sketchy airline". But easyjet would fly earllier.

Glad to hear that Volotea is solid!
