Trying to contact AirOne
 

I have reservations on AirOne from Rome to Sicily and I have been trying to contact them by e-mail but the address that was on the confirmation they sent me seems to be no longer in service because my e-mails have been coming back even though I am just replying to their message. Does anyone have a current e-mail address for them? Also, I charged my tickets over the internet in early February and the charge has not shown up on my credit card bill.

If you click on "contact us," there are fax and phone numbers.

Since they are part of Lufthansa, you might be able to get Lufthansa to help you also, or at least direct you to someone who can.

FYI. Most ticket confirmations are from a do not respond email address. They will jut bounce back forever.

You can contact them by telephone. I had the same problem and by calling I got an agent that spoke English that confirmed my reservation and explained that your credit card is not charged until you show up and they then complete the transaction. Phone no. is
+39 06 47876522. When I booked the website was in Italian. They now have completed it in English. There should be an email add. on there also.
