truffles in Rome

We will be in Italy this January for 12 days, mostly Rome with side trips. We will have a kitchen! Does anyone know where I can find good, fresh Truffles (probably the black ones) in Rome? Also Umbria.
Umbria trips will need to be by train, as I don't think we will be renting a car.

Yup, for Rome, as a matter of fact, I do. And it's right by the Metro stop "Barbarini" by Piazza Barbarini-intersecting Via del Tritone, it's a gourmet market (this area is quite upscale) called "Mini Market" and it carries wonderful olive oils, fresh truffles, breads, cheeses, fresh fruits and other foodstuffs with which to do a picnic. Good selection of wines at reasonable prices as well. It's on the Via della Purificazione, which is just the other side of the Metro stop.

I'm sure there are other places, however I saw the truffles here, so I do know they sell them.

Correction: Metro stop "Barberini" by Piazza Barberini.

There is a fabulous indoor food market on via Cola di Rienza, about 2 or 3 blocks from the Piazza Risorgimento, on the left-hand side of c. d. r. One of the stalls has an amazing selection of all sorts of funghi, and that would be where I would head for truffles. Or maybe the big outdoor market at Ponte Milvio.
