Trouble with Mountain Dropoffs in Chamonix
We reserved through their website a pick up of five people flying into Geneva and needed to be picked up at the airport and transported to our apartment in Chamonix. We have not had any response from the company. We have several different departures and would like to confirm some of that information and we have heard nothing. At this point we would like to cancel. The phone number that was given for the company doesn't work and we don't know what to do at this point. Any suggestions?

No they did not require a credit card and we sent an email to them asking to cancel the reservation for lack of response and they've responded to nothing. However their website states that they will hunt us down for not paying. UGHHHHHHHHHHH

hmm, I don't think so.
Keep your emails requesting cancellation and dates you attempted to call/contact them to cancel. I don't see how they can 'track you down' or make you pay if you never gave a credit card. |
