Trouble purchasing tickets to Sagrada Familia online

Trouble purchasing tickets to Sagrada Familia online

I went to http://www.sagradafamilia.cat/sf-eng/
to try to purchase 2 tickets for "Sagrada Familia with a Guide" for April 22.
Selecting 15:00h, then click "Continue".

On the next screen ( https://www.clorian.com/site/Sagrada...type/1?lang=en ) I select "English",
But everything on this page is grayed out. I cannot click "Add to Cart", nor can I continue to payment page. What did I do wrong?

I did a test and got the same results. Selecting Spanish instead of English let me click on 16.15 and continue to the cart. Maybe all the English tickets have been sold. It's the day after Easter, so maybe there are more visitors than usual.

I went all the way through and added a ticket to my cart with no problems so the site is working now.

I did not select English on any screen as the link you gave was already on the English site. Perhaps that's the difference in what you're doing. I checked again, selecting English on the second page but it does nothing as the page was already in English.

Did you choose the first product, "Sagrada Familia WITH A GUIDE"?
I still got a grayed out page after I selected "English" to mean I wanted a guided tour in English.

I think anyegr is correct. The English language guided tours are sold out for that time slot.

The site is down because no matter what day or time you choose the add to cart button grays out.

I would send them an email.

I was able to go all the way through to pay but in the end when I checked the price (which I didn't do the first time) it was for the church only, even though the purchase summary on the right showed church and guide.

I tried this again and I get a red box pop up that says an error occurred. The screen looks a bit different now but it shows that there are 12 tickets left for your time slot.
