Trippin' In Normandy

Can anyone recommend several "non-tourist" local restuarants along the D-Day beach routes that have nice atmosphere and good food? The sort of place that attracts more locals than tourists.

Don't know the name but we ate on the dock at Arromanches and had wonderful mussels.

I had the best croque monsieur I've ever had at the very touristy cafe on Omaha Beach -- the one on the right as you look out to sea. Very atmospheric -- a blend of international tourists and a tatooed and body-pierced wait staff. Cool.
