Trip to bremen germany

Hi everyone. My husband and I are staying in Bremen for a week. Any ideas on things to do and see while we are there? We will have a car. <BR>Thank you

Besides seeing Bremen, drive along the North Sea coast, and take a detour to see Hamburg - it's one of Germany's most interesting cities with lots of history, quite cosmopolitan, and a beautiful lake area (Alster). If you prefer small quaint towns, go a bit farther north to L&uuml;beck.

Thank you for your information. We will be flying into Hamburg. We will also be visiting Oldenburg and Bremerhaven. Any ideas on sights to see in the area?

Well, you could visit Celle, near Hannover, and Hamelin, also near Hannover, for fairy-tale romanticism. Then, you can also visit the Bergen-Belsen memorial for the horrors of fascism.

Stade is a nice little town with some gabled houses.
