Wonderful!

Wow, great site, thanks for sharing, you have so much good info and your photos are fantastic.
I have a question for you as well. I see that bags need to be checked for St. Marks but that some are ok ? For example, do you know if a camera bag just big enough to carry a DSLR without any extra lenses would be allowed in ? If not can I carry the camera in (I know photos aren't allowed) and only check the bag ? What about for other sites ? I do not want to check my camera so if necessary I can arrange to leave it at the apt if I have to. Thanks again ! |
OH and just to be certain, I am only asking about Venice, thanks !

Hi, Kellyee21
I stand (or sit) to be corrected, but I recall having my camera with me when I visited San Marco, but only used it when I went to the loggia. I must have had it in my shoulder bag, which didn't need checking. (Why can't I recall the details, I ask myself.) I await further answers, with interest. |
and, another thing, Kellyee, I did go to the Duomo museum, and found it interesting. I rented an audioguide (have some form of ID you can leave at the rental desk: I used my drivers licence)
