Thoroughly enjoyed reading your great report. Thanks for taking the time to share with us readers. I'll save it as reference for future planning. I have a food question...you mentioned seafood quite often and I'm curious if it's usually served as whole fish (like GB) or fillets?
Thanks
It is served both ways. Even with it served whole, the main bone is usually removed and the fish presented in a butterflied style. I would ask the waiter to verify what method before ordering if it makes a difference.
Ann

Just reread my trip report and need to correct one thing. We parked in the parking lot in Pisa on the Northeast side of town, not the southest. Sorry!

apseals

You Wrote:
>As for Montorosso and the CT...

Only this made me understand that CT were Cinque Terre ^_^ Watch out, do not refer to Cinque Yerre as CT the next time you come to Italy: CT is short fot the Catania province in Sicily, so if you ask directions to CT to an Italian he may direct you at the other hand of the "boot".

I am so sorry. I was basically just trying to shorten the title and the typing time. Thanks so filling me in.
