I love how you ladies always managed to find room for dessert! You are my kind of travelers.

Pvoyageusa...

Thanks for the name of the pastry, it was really delicious. At first I wasn't sure how I would like it, but I'm sure glad I tried it!

travelgirl2...

Yup, "dessert" is my middle name! ;) Honestly, I'm the bigger sweet lover then my mom. But alot of the time we would order one of the menu offerings and the dessert was included, how could we pass that up! :-D

No congratulations necessary...I just wanted to get the report done...I was a woman on a mission. Now I have to do another report on my weekend trip to NYC last week! That one will be much shorter! :)

Bravo,Bravo,Bravo. Now I'm bummed-no more adventures in France--I completely enjoyed your vacation along with you-thanks for sharing!

Poconolady...

Thanks for hanging in there with me. I know I sometimes go a bit overboard with all the food writing and it feels like I'm writing and writing and wondering if anyone is really reading any of it! :)

Hello Low Country Islander:

Barbara and I are going of the same RS tour you took last fall.
Ours starts on May 2. After doing quite a bit of planning on restaurants and things to do in Paris (5 days)I am running out of time to do research for the the other tour stops.

Thank you so much for your detailed trip report. We will try to eat at the same restaurants you enjoyed. We don't want to eat at only RS's recommended restaurents.

Thanks again for your helpful trip report

James

James...

Have a wonderful time. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and hope you do to. Do you know who your guide will be? If it is Patrick you will not be disappointed!

I'd love to hear how your experience was when you return.

Hello LowCountryIslander

We are heading to Paris, Provence and the Dordogne (we stay in Sarlat for a week) in September/October and can't wait.

Loved your trip report I have book marked it

BTW what does your name stand for?

aussie_10...

Thanks for reading my trip report. Have a wonderful time on your trip. I loved Sarlat and hope to return and be able to spend a week there!

I live in the South Carolina Low Country on an island, hence the LowCountryIslander screen name. :)

I am really enjoying this report! I have to print it out to savor later.

Which island (Hilton Head?). I have a house down near there.. I love Savannah airport, such a stress-free flying experience!

flygirl...

Thanks for taking the time to read my report. I'm always surprised to see it rise to the top after so many months.

Yes, Hilton Head. Actually now I live in Bluffton but originally I lived on the island. I agree the Savannah airport is a breeze to use! :)
