I enjoyed your trip report. It brought back memories of a wonderful trip I took through these three countries last fall. thanks for sharing,

Thanks ... I thoroughly enjoyed the Baltics as well - three very underrated countries.

I really enjoyed your trip report and your photos! I hope to visit these countries some day; I enjoy going to the less traveled places. My husband visited Tallin on a business trip in the 1970's, and he loved it!

Thank you; I've bookmarked your travelblog as a resource. Our daughter and I are looking for a short getaway this summer, and this triple-ticket is on the short list.

This is an amazing report! Thanks a lot. :) I also liked your pictures they tell so much about all these three Baltic countries. Actually, I am planning to visit Lithuania once again. I found some amazing city tours here http://www.baltictours.com/info/tours-in-lithuania/ and I am thinking to order one of them. What is your opinion, will they be exciting? I want to see as much as possible. Especially, I want to see the museums and architectural buildings.

Thanks for the report. My husband is from Latvia and we hope to return soon.

Re tours : well, they aren't for me - I prefer to do things myself, independently. So I can't say whether they'll be any good at all. I do know that if you have a good guide book (Rough Gude, Lonely Planet, etc) you cn easily find your own way around all the sights in Riga, Vilnius and Tallinn (and most of the rest of the Baltics too).
