In Italy, all the Christmas markets are open until Epiphany, January 6th, which is an important date for the Italian Christmas season.
There are well-known markets in Bolzano/Bozen and in Bressanone/Brixen, which are in the German-speaking part of Italy (and have two official names, one in each language). These markets open at the beginning of Advent (the fourth Sunday before Christmas) and end with Epiphany.
There are many other Christmas markets in Italy, but I've only seen the ones I mentioned.
