My husband and I recently went on a trip to Iceland and Portugal and I'm excited to share my trip report of 4 days in Portugal.

I too enjoyed Lisbon very much but I didn't have time to go to Sintra, nor eating at the TimeOut Hall, which I had read about before the trip. Envy you.

Sounds like a wonderful trip! I read your Iceland report as well. We visited Iceland a year ago October and then our Portugal trip was back in 1998. That was my first trip overseas and it got me hooked!!! Your trip report and photos make me want to go back soon! BTW I bought a print in Lisbon of laundry hanging from balconies:)

Going for 4 &1/2 days in Oct and your itinerary and photos gave me definite ideas on how to use our time!

Thanks so much for your trip report and wonderful pictures. We'll be in Lisbon for a week in May and we will probably take many of your suggestions. Can't wait to try that pork sandwich at the Time Out Market.
