Trentalia web site questions

Can someone please help me with the following sections on trentalia's web site?
1. Services preferences
On an ES train from Venice to Florence there is a selection of window, middle and corridor. Since there are two of us traveling how do I get a seat next to or across from each other when I can only make one selection? I'm assuming that I will only use one transaction to buy both tickets.
2. Seat Near to Selection
I'm assuming that this section is for trying to sit near someone who has already made a reservation. This does not pertain to me?
3.Ticket delivery
The site has the ticketless solution with payment receipt delivered by e-mail selected. Is this what I want? I get the e-mail confirmation, showing train, seats and # of passengers, print it out and just board the train with it.
Any help and explanation would be greatly appreciated.

DAC -

1. When we made our reservations, we were able to choose two seats. We chose 2 by the window across from eachother.

2. You are correct - not applicable to your situation

3. You are correct again. Print out the receipt and show it to the conductor, it's a very easy process.

1. If you just skip choosing actual seats, the computer will choose two seats near one another for you.

since Raileurope site seems to be from 2005 it will not have the latest version of the Eurostar train sets on it and the various incarnations of Eurostars in use - four i believe ETR numbers vary as to seating chart so match your type of train to the RailEurope chart as they clearly indicate ETR500, etc. but not all universal i believe.
