Is anyone having problems buying train tickets on Trenitalia.com? I am trying to buy tickets in advance from Naples to Venice for September, but it says that I cannot buy them online... any idea why?

What am I missing-I go to trenitalia
to get schedule and price from Chuisi to Florence and all I get for reply is deperature station.We will be in Montepulciano for a month but want to go to Florence for one day-anybody help

You are misspelling Chiusi (it's not Chuisi).
