Trenitalia and Raileurope for Eurostar Italy?
 

I am trying to find the timetable and fares from Milan to Rome and Rome to Naples to see the possible connection and fares. Are the above 2 websites encompass normal train as well as fast trains? I want to find out about the fastest train that takes 3.5 hour to get from Milan to Rome. When I checked with the 2 websites, they do not seem to show Eurostar train timetable and fares. Please help. I intend to travel on 15 Dec but I checked for 8 Dec to get an idea. Thank you.

The ES* and tha AV are the fast trains. Your route shows all AV trains.

To see all schedules and prices on Trenitalia (you don't ever want to use or buy from RailEurope), enter a date within the next 7 days. The page will only display five trains at a time so click next in the lower left corner to see later trains. Schedules/prices only change twice a year (about Dec. 15 and June 15), but changes for train times and prices are usually minor. You can't use US credit cards on Trenitalia so you will need to buy your tickets when you get there.

Thanks. I can only check prices and schedule on trenitalia but not able to buy. What if when I get to italy, the tickets are sold out?

they will not be sold out - ever IME - usually two trains an hour on these routes. Simply buy your tickets at the Trenitalia rail desk in Milan's airport - can buy all your tickets there in one fell swoop.

If you are going from Milan to Naples, I would check the budget airlines.
