Trenitalia - lost and found

Can anyone help me find out how to contact Trenitalia about an item left on a train? The English version of Trenitalia gives a link to www.rfi.it with instructions to go to "services - lost and found." However, that site is not in English and, therefore, I can't find/understand the link or information.

Any help would be tremendously appreciated.
If someone in Milan or Genova (my train route) is reading this and could help, I'd be grateful.
Thanks very much.

Traista app is decent for lost and found items while traveling, even pets.
