Tren Italia vs. Italia Rail

Is there a problem with using the Italia Rail site? I like everyone else :) have been having trouble with the Tren Italia site.

TIA

Prices are much higher i believe than trenitalia - if you're talking about the site run by Wandrian Rail in the U.S. using the old CIT or Italian railways Eurail Tariff and Eurailpass outlet in the U.S. - once one of only three such official outlets along with RailEurope (French and Swiss railways) and DER (German railways) that could sell passes and tickets here. There are a few more now.

But i may be mixing it up with something else.

Thanks for the reply. I was talking about the

www.italiarail.com vs going with www.trenitalia.it

I was thinking it might be a price difference as you mentioned, but the italiarail seems more user friendly.

Anyone else? TIA :)

Hi M,

If you check the prices at the two sites, you will see that they are about the same, except that Italiarail charges S&H.

At Trenitalia you get an eml confirmation that is your ticket.
