Thank you Fodorites:

Just received the allergy cards from www.selectwisely.com for our granddaughter. Great people to deal with and to my surprise the cards were laminated. It took about 2-1/2 weeks to get them .

OUr trip planning continues .

Good luck on your travels. Myself I am wheat and casienate (all dairy products) averse, my wife is mushroom averse. Neither is life threatening, but both 'find the gutter now' threatening. Travel adds its challenges. We are made for each other that way. You hold my head now and I'll hold yours later kind of thing.
Good luck, and have fun anyways.
My motto, rather puke in Paris, than puke at home.
