I just got back last week after travelling around central /southern Spain for 15 days . We had a fantastic time which in some ways surprised me considering all the doom and gloom that I was reading about Spain on this site prior to going over . The people and all that they had to offer (wine/ham/paella/cheesem etc. etc.)was fantastic. As well, the historical sites in Cordoba,Malaga,Granada,Sevilla and Ronda were fantastic. I would suggest everyone try to ignore some of the stories on this site and go visit Spain .

Paige, <BR>We've been to Spain from 4th till 11th October. The weather was great: between 78-85°F and even warmer in Cordoba and Ronda. And bright sunshine the whole week! <BR>

We just changed a trip from Turkey to Spain. We are having a difficult time finding a room in the area for Saturday night, any suggestions? Are will to stay in Granada, Cordoba, etc... Have already tried the Paradors and several hotels in Ronda, Granada, and Cordoba. We will need rooms for two couples, should we take a chance without a reservation? We are fine for all other nights. Thanks.
