You can check the U.S. site: http://www.raileurope.com/us/index.htm -- others here will tell you that is not the cheapest way to buy tickets and that is true, but I'll leave the actual execution up to you.

There are trains from Amsterdam at 25 minutes past each hour, with one change at Brussels. <BR>It is a 6 hour journey, except for the 0925 which is only 5hrs.30 mins.
