I am getting ready to go to Spain, landing in Barcelona. I want to go to the Basque country as well as the south part of Spain.<BR>Does any one know what is the best way to go to the norther part from Barcelona?<BR>Any special things you can recommend about places you visited?<BR>

I agree with Rex , La Seu d'Urgell and the general area in the Pirineos is beautiful, you can visit the Monasterio de San Juan de la Pena , ....and much more. There is a lot of information in file here.<BR>I would drive.
