Traveling to Parc national de la Vanoise (France Italy border)
 

Can anyone help? It appears that you can take the train from Milan to Turin (Torino) Italy then the websites for Gran Paradiso and Vanoise National parks (Parc national de la Vanoise) say there is public transportation.

Can anyone recommend for 2 young adults how to travel to the parks, where to stay on a budget, etc?
