Can't really help much w/o some info from you. Like Budget for instance.

And we really can't design an itinerary for you since our interests might be entirely different than yours. We definitely can help you refine/improve a basic plan -- but not create it for you.

What research have you already done, and what sorts of things interest you? I'd start by clicking on DESTINATIONS at the top of this page and read the info/itineraries laid out by Fodors. That will be a good start.

Thanks for the reply. The 7 year old is a girl. For budget standpoint, we want to be under $10K for air, hotels and sightseeing. Thanks!

Sabra: Still unable to help much -- your $10,000 including airfare depends mostly on where you are flying from and we have no idea what your airfare costs.

What we really meant by your 'budget' was how much you want to pay per day for your hotels.

Maybe you should take a stab at a possible itinerary and we can then help you refine it and/or look for any problems.
