Traveling to Kosovo with German tourist visa waiting for residence permit in Austria

I have a German tourist visa that is valid until October 2023 and for the moment I am in Austria waiting for my residence permit (I will receive it on the 16th of March). I came to Austria with visa D (one entry). Now I want to travel to Kosovo before the 16th of March but I do not know if I may use my tourist visa or if there will be any problem for my residence permit. Is there anyone who had the same concern? Or at least, any idea who to ask in order to get the answer?
Thank you !

If the comment about Austria means that the OP is allowed only one entry, he might have problems returning from Kosovo to Austria.

Yes, only one entry with Austrian D visa, but I have another Schengen Visa which is a German tourist visa. That's why I was wondering if I may use the latter one to travel to Kosovo and return without any problem.
It seems that it would be better if I don't risk it at all.
