Want to travel at night and stay in areas for 2 or three days

Go to the library and get a guidebook. Start reading other posts and trip reports. Your questions are too vague.

I think you are giving too little time in each place. If you only have one week of time "on the ground" (not flying to and from whatever country you live in), then you should go to one or two places maximum. It would be better if they were in the same country.

You say that you want to fly into one airport then out of another and that you already have your airline tickets. Into and out of which airports? Do you only have one week for this trip?

Much too much for one week. Two stops max for this amount of time. I'd consider flying into London and leaving from Paris. Easy logistics and wonderful cities where you could easily spend weeks.

Hey R,

You need to seriously rethink this fantasy.

If you have never traveled abroad, it might be best to stick to London. Same language (pretty much) but different culture. Consider this trip as testing the waters of European travel. Read some guidebooks.

<< Need tips if places to stay, best travel transportation, no personal driving >>

First, you need to choose what cities/towns you'll visit. You've listed 3 countries in 1 week so it's impossible to give recommendations about where to stay or best transportation.

<< Want to travel at night >>

There are night trains and night buses but the distances need to be far enough apart and you need to be on a night route. For instance, London to Paris is a little more than 2 hours on the train so there would not be a night train between these cities.

<< We have airline tickets >>

Did you want to mention where you're flying into and home from or is this a secret? You seem to want a lot of information but don't want to help anyone provide that information with any trip details or interests.

Fly into Paris and do your tourist thing.
Take the Eurostar fast train up to London.
Fly cheap from Gatwick to virtually anywhere you want in Europe cheap.
Fly home from the other end of your trip.

Maybe, maybe not. It does seem that English may not be your first language (pardon me if I'm mistaken, not trying to be rude)

You need to give us more information. Where are you traveling from? Since you apparently already bought your airline tickets, where are you flying in and out of? What are your days of travel - is it just the last week of April or do you arrive in April and fly home in May?

Well like many say in one week two places max - fly into say Paris and take the Eurostar train to London and fly out of London back home.

Germany and its lures are to diverse so if going there spend the whole week there. But Paris and London are easily twinned. For Eurostar train fares: www.eurostar.com - for general info on European trains I always highlight these fab sites - www.ricksteves.com; www.seat61.com and www.budgeteuropetravel.com. With that little time you will do at most a few train trips - forget any ideas about any kind of railpass but by buying tickets in advance thru the national rail sites can save a ton of money over just buying as you go along.

Last week in April northern Europe could still be cool damp and wet (or nice and sunny - a maritime climate that can change quickly but IME often cool in rainy the closer to the coast you get - but Italy and southern France should be just about right - so if wanting better weather head south!

I think the OP just meant they were going to Europe the last week in April, not that the entire trip was only going to last a week. At least I presume that was the case.

I think it's too hard to suggest everything for a trip (eg rooms or hotels) until an itinerary is determined. That should be the first step.

Then, people can give specific advice on hotels or transportation.

It isn't that easy to travel at night, I'm not sure what that means. Of course you can fly at night, but there are not that many night trains any more, and definitely not for short distances (eg London to Paris). I don't know if there are any Germany to France, but I'd take a plane. You can usually find some night flights if you really want to for some reason, or early evening. I avoid those as I don't like arriving in a city late at night, and you won't get the best rooms that way, either, as you'll end up with what no one else wanted who checked in before you.

www.whichbudget.com is a good website to check out budget airlines between cities.

If you already have your airline tickets, you should give details on dates and where you are flying into and out of, or no one can help very much.

Don't see how one can presume that or anything else - til we hear back from the OP.

We don't know how long or where they are flying in out of - or much of anything else.

I could recommend a great hotel in southern Germany, but I'll have to go look up the name. It had a really cool entrance where you had to go under the bridge to get to the front entrance. I'll see what I can find.

The OP has given us virtually no information to go on. Until he/she comes back with more, I see no point in trying to work with this skeleton plan.

I don't understand if people use made up names to hide their ethnicity (OP is not a native English speaker) and reminds me of the call-center assistants from Rawalpindi or Lagos that are always called Bruce.

Being from another country or continent is not a problem.

Not providing any useful info is a major problem.

Do you already have airline tickets? Where are they to and from?

IMHO those are the places you should visit since your time is so short. Thrre cities - never mind 3 countries - in one week is a nonsense.

Take a bus tour. It sounds like you do not where you want to really go.
