Traveling to Barcelona and Lisbon in early December

Hi, we are three women in our late 50s traveling for three days in Barcelona and three days in Lisbon.
Has anyone done the Three countries in one day tour from Barcelona? I know it is a lot of time on the bus but is the scenery and the destinations worth the day long trip? I don't really enjoy shopping and I heard that the Andorra destination is just a mall. Would appreciate hearing from those who have done the excursion.

Also, would love to hear suggestions on what to do in Lisbon.

Thanks!

If this is your first trip to Barcelona three days is already too short. Enjoy the city.

Depending on your arrival time, you'll end up with less then three days in both Barcelona and Lisbon. As T_Nick says, enjoy Barcelona, and the same with Lisbon.

fly between the 2 cities.
As long as there are no all out strikes in Bcn, as there was yesterday

Thank you all for your suggestions. This is my second time in BCN but first for my nieces. I agree that three days is just too short so we will not do the long full day excursion to Andorra. Maybe, just maybe do an excursion to Montserrat but I hope to hear from those who have done it.

Masjuinic, thank you for the link to the free tours. I will check it out.
